Recommendations

Thank you for taking the time to allow me to speak for a moment about a precious couple that have a very special gift to lead God's people.

After leading worship for over 20 years globally, in 2008 God led me to Grace World Outreach Church in Brooksville, FL.  I have been the Worship Pastor here for over 7 years, and prior to that served under Pastor Rick Shelton in St.Louis, MO for over 20 years.  From the moment I walked in the doors of the church here in Brooksville, I immediately noticed the call of God on the lives of two very special leaders.  

Both Chris and Analysa played vital roles in the music department along side of me.   Analysa lead with me on the lead team, while Chris was either on keys or acoustic guitar on a regular basis.  They would help me prepare lists for the services, bring new songs to the table and introduce those songs to the band and choir.  In my absence, I also fully entrusted them to orchestrate and facilitate our 12-piece band along with the choir for rehearsals, and lead the congregation in praise and worship for our Sunday services

This anointed man and woman of God also have a quality that has blessed me tremendously.  This couple has proven time and time again of what operating with integrity should look like.  They are not quick to make decisions without direction from God and their personal lives reflects that.  They know how to honor those in authority and also honor and bless those that they serve.  They have a very deep understanding that being a leader is serving first.

This is not an ordinary recommendation letter.  This is a plea to a church leader who has an understanding of what ministry is suppose to be.  You know, that moment that you can almost see Jesus with His arms stretched wide receiving His bride.  This is that couple.  Any church that has the opportunity to bring this couple on as their staff will be blessed beyond measure with the anointing and the call that they have on their lives to usher in the presence of God into the house of worship.  Into His house!

Chris and Analysa Fullam were very active and an instrumental part of our ministry here at Grace World Outreach Church.  Both of them, growing up in our church as youth, then into their young adult years were always engaged in the ministry.

Chris served as my youth associate for some time. Although this was an unpaid position, he did everything asked and more. He was a valuable asset during a transitional time in our youth ministry in both worship and in a pastoral role.  Chris is a young man with a great heart to serve and is a very capable communicator with, in my opinion, good pastoral skills and a genuine call from the Lord.

Analysa served as our youth worship leader for several years in the early 2000’s. In her role, not only did she handle the worship each Wednesday night, but she was responsible for raising up worship teams around her and pastoring those teams in their day to day walk. She left her role to go back to school and work towards her degree in music ministry.

Chris and Analysa were both a great asset to me personally, to our youth ministry here at Grace World Outreach and I am sure that whatever role they find themselves in, they will be a blessing there as well.
